In conjuction with the annual Open House event where high school and polytechnic students as well as their parents are invited to the Nanyang Technological University, I managed a team of students who served on a team that lasted for 4 months as graphic designer, copy writers, and photographers. As the creative director, I was also responsible in fine-tuning and redesigning the final design which was subject to approval by the many layers of departmental heads, chair of the school, dean of the college as well as the Corporate Communication office at the Nanyang Technological University. 10,000 copies of the prospectus was delivered on Friday, March 9, 2012, a day before the major event at the university.
